Winter Salad: 'Verlinden farm' endive, radicchio, crumbled 'glengarry' celtic blue, candied pecans, 
poached 'reinink' organic egg, crispy pig's ears, port vinaigrette 
Lobster Chili Broth

Steamed P.E.I. Mussels (2lbs) & Frites: White wine, 'seed to sausage' chorizo, sundreid tomato, garlic confit 
Steak Frites: 'AAA' Onatario flat iron steak, frites, 
green peppercorn-tarragon butter 
Chocolate pudding
Creme brulee

Had dinner with Steph. We had a show to go to so we didn't enjoy this meal as much as we wanted to. Was still quite delicious though :)
