Puff

Profiteroles! Recipe from Mr Ramsay. Filled with pastry cream, they were lovely bites of joy. I made them for Heather and Lianne's show reception and I'd say they were well received. 

Met up with Elisa and Nevil for dinner. Afterwards crazy rain started so Elisa and I took refuge at a cafe. Mmmm cheesecake.

Woke up bright and early to bake cinnamon rolls for Elisa's brunch. They turned out quite delectable and look SO CUTE!

Ramsay recipe

Heather came over for dinner. We made one of the risotto recipes from my Gordon Ramsay book... though we omitted the two main ingredients: young garlic and parsley. Put in mushrooms and zucchini instead.
